    I hate inconsiderate assholes. Christmas cards about the most obnoxious forms of mail on earth. Too many are addressed to “Steve, Ellen & Family”. Who the fuck is “& Family”? Is it so hard to remember my name? C…U…R..T…I…S! Hell, at this point I would settle for K-U-R-T-I-S :-(. When it really sucks is when the card is from a family member, even if they are somewhat distant. I am an only child and I expect some sort of respect for that role. Anyone who writes “& Family” in place of a single additional name is a prick.

  • Creativity of an Artist

    An artist who doubts his own abilities is cripled and may no longer be worthy of being called an artist in his field. Art survives only though a melding of passion and grace. Creativity is bread by passion, it is focused by grace.

  • Blobs of Fun

    Apparently I have started an addiction. Last week I bought a squeezy Nike blob, designed for increasing muscle strength in the hands. Almost immediately Chris wanted one, then the next day my mother chimed in, then tonight Chris’s mother indicated she might want one and now there are various people popping into my mind whom I know will want one as soon as they see them. They come in Green (easy), Orange (medium) and Blue (hard). So… here is the addicting object:

  • Almost Functional

    How long can something remain almost functional before it becomes hopeless?

  • New Dell Monitors

    Im in the labs at UNCC and they have a lot of new Dells, I particularly like the monitors. I guess they are 15″, but they are still kinda awesome. I should really consider getting some like these. In addition to being extreamly clear they are also very stylish and have a smaller footprint than my current monitors. Damn! Im a nerd!
